LOT BACKGROUND.

INTRODUCTION:
The Chosen Lot is located at Manuel A. Roxas Highway with a 65 M. wide RROW. Boundary of
Clark and Angeles Pampanga. The Lot is Categorized as Inside Lot where there is only one access road.
On the latest survey made by the Clark planning, the lot has an approximate 22,432 sq.m or 2.2
hectares. In the Given CLUP of the CLARK Planning the lot is under the mixed-use zoning and intended
for the use of any commercial properties.

Services:

Resources are available around the chosen site power line, sewage and water treatment and
even telecom line. The main distributor or electricity in the area is an independent power company
which is the Clark Electric Distribution Corporation. Originally organize by Clark Development
Corporation in partnership with Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation under a joint
venture agreement. While the Water and Sewage treatment are being provided by Clark Water
Corporation which is a manila water company. And the main telecom provider in the area is PLDT.

Road Access:

The Site is accessible through Manuel A. Roxas Highway which is the road that that connects
different major and minor access road. It connects to Manila N Rd. which is the access road between
Mexico, angeles, mabalacat and san Fernando, it is the access point Road from NLEX/Tarlac (NORTH
BOUND). It is also accessible through SCTEX NLEX W Express way through entering the south toll plaza.

Boundaries:

The site is located at District 2: Southern Gateway District of Clark Freeport and Special
Economic zone. It is between the boundary of Angeles Pampanga and clark.

Landmarks:

The site is located between Clark Veterans Cemetery and SM Clark Pampanga. In fron of the site
are the on-going construction of Clark City Front mall while behind the site is the ongoing construction
of proposed Clark Global City.

Transportation:

The site is approximately 7.7 Km travel to Clark international airport. While there is a public
transportation connected through SM Clark Pampanga.
