Cyril : “Good morning, Jenny.”

Jenny : “Good morning, Mr Cyril. What can i help you?”

Cyril : “Jenny, have you heard that Mr Yahya Situmorang will come to our office next week?”

Jenny : “Yes. I have, Mr Cyril.”

Cyril : “Okay. Good. We need to treat Mr Yahya in his visitation good service. We have to choose a
comfortable hotel, good restaurants and souvenirs. Do you have any idea?”

Jenny : “Yes. I have some recommendations, Sir. First. I will recommend Mr Yahya to stay at ABC Hotel.
It is a four star hotel and it’s just 500 meters away from our office. Can i have the information about how
long he will stay?”

Cyril : “He will stay for 3 nights, Jenny.”

Jenny : “Okay, noted. I’ll make a reservation for him. Second. I have a list of restaurants that will surt his
4 days and 3 nights stay. These restaurants are the regular places our 6M from main office visit. I’ll send
you the list. And about souvenirs we have souvenirs stock that we can give to him.”

Cyril : “Well done. Jenny. I’ll wait for the list of the restaurants. Thank you somuch, Jenny.”

Jenny : “You’re welcome, Sir.”
