3. “Indispensability of a Valid Arbitration Agreement is an essential requirement to

initiate the alternative dispute resolution”. Comment.

5. What is Lok- Adalat? Illustrate on organisation of Lok- Adalat under Sec 19 of

the Legal Service Authorities Act, 1987?

6. When can a conciliator formulate a settlement agreement and what is that

authenticity of such a settlement? Discuss.
