1 Executive Summary

This Statement of Work describes Brainium’s approach & understanding to accomplish the
full development of the Mobile Application (Android & iOS) & a common Web-based back-
end (Admin Panel).

2 Project Context

The Application (Android & iOS) are being developed to facilitate the better health care
services with quick online booking of appointments for the different facilities such as
Booking clinics Appointment, Home Care Services, E-Pharmacy, Diagnostics (laboratory &
Radiology), Tele-medicine by the patients. These facilities may belongs to different
Hospitals, Polyclinics & Pharmacies which will be having its own web based control panel
to handle the request generated by the application as per the patient need. The system will
be capable enough to make Appointment Booking, Online Payments, Sending Notification,
Mange the History & records of the Patients and can have the feedback from the patients.

3 Project Scope

Project consist the development of native Mobile App (Android & iOS) as well as Web based
admin panel for the backend users. The Mobile App will be used by the registered
Patient/User who could make the booking for itself or others also. There will be the forms
for registration on the app, ordering the medicines and booking the other facilities
(Hospitals, Polyclinic, Diagnostic & Pharmacies) with respective fields. The Notification &
tracking mechanism will be implanted so that users can have their status update against
their request made. Online Payment will be allowed through the Application and some
other features as per the identified use cases have been discussion below section (4. Use
Cases Identification as per the System Users).

4.1 Patient/End User (Mobile App)

Note: Mobile Number will be verified and a unified patient


number will be generated in the system. API call will be made
to put data into CHG, HIS & ERP.

Note: The Book Form may have multiple steps as; > General Details >

Sub Type/Category (i.e. Dr./Specialty/Lab/Rad/Pharma) will be


available under “Type of Booking/Facilities”

Alternate Booking can be requested via email to agent/admin.

5 Non-Functional Requirements

tracks, analyzes and displays key performance
indicators (KPI) for the app:

Location integration with Car Apps: Integration with Uber and Careem for each facility.
Integration with Chatbot: Integration with automated customer service support.

through the app

This feature has to be based on AI

6 Assumption

 There will be no fees for user registration


 Super Admin can create the agent for different facilities (Hospitals, Polyclinic,
Diagnostic & Pharmacies)
 Non-Registered users/patients will be added manually by the admin on request of
registered users or direct contact.
 All services being booked online, will be paid online.
 Communication between Agent & Patient, will be through Phone’s call/Massage.
 APIs for the “CHG, HIS & ERP” integration will be provided by the Client.
 SMS Gateway will be provided by the Client
 Payment Gateway will be provided by the Client
 API for integration with Uber/Careem Apps will be provided by the Client
 There will be a video phone call under the telemedicine services, once booked
 This system is for the multiple Hospitals, Polyclinics & Pharmacies.
