Get logs Using a bootable LDT USB Media

To boot a system from an LDT bootable USB Media

 Power down the system
 Plug the LDT Bootable USB Media
 Power up the system
 During boot process press “F6”
 A boot menu option will appear
 Select the USB Media option
 System will boot, and LDT menu is displayed (example below)

 Select option “c” to collect hardware support bundle.

 Once process is complete, select option “u” to unmount the USB Media.
 Remove the USB Media from the system.
 Find a system with ability to provide the hardware support bundle to McAfee Support following
support advised method.
