Why do you need to study Entrepreneurship?

We need to study entrepreneurship because nowadays, in every goods and services business, there is
a need for to be able to market yourselves so that the customers are convinced that they require your
goods and services. Hence, by studying entrepreneurship, one may know the demand of the people and
supply it accordingly. Apart from that, entrepreneurship education also provides budding entrepreneurs
with the skills and knowledge to come up with business ideas and develop their own ventures.

Furthermore, entrepreneurship provides contingency opportunity to every career due to the fact that
if one is not good at studying medicine, or law, or engineering, they may opt to venture in
entrepreneurship as entrepreneurship is more practical rather than the knowledge itself, and the job
opportunity is always there due to the fact that you may opt to start your own business.

Besides that, entrepreneurship prepare us to be more confidence and think critically to solve the issue
of the goods or services to matches the changing demand of the people.

Give 3 examples of Personal traits of Entrepreneurs.

1) Creative and innovative thinking due to the fact that the entrepreneurs would always has to create
and innovate their creations to suit the demand of the people. For instance, handphone used to be
created to serve the purpose of calling and texting. However, due to the developing technology and
innovation of the entrepreneurs, handphone now even allows the user to use it as a camera with HD
image.

2) Risk-taking personality allows the entrepreneurs to challenge themselves to venture into many fields
due to the fact that they have to try to sell their products and if the business fails, they may improve
their products or sell other products that the consumers demand.

3) Confidence in promoting and selling their creations to the consumers to convince them that the
entrepreneur’s product is better than the other product to persuade the customer to buy their product.
