This project proposal aims to help the people who were affected by
Tropical Storm Paeng and support temporarily their basic needs. The
donation of money will be through GCash transaction to be check and
monitor by the DFSSG -Treasurer with the Teacher-Adviser. The
project is participated by the Division Federated Supreme Student
Government (DFSSG) Officers and Board Members, SSG Teacher
Advisers, Youth Foundation Coordinator (YFC) and other volunteers
including the Supreme Student Government of twenty-nine Schools in
Misamis Occidental Division.

Project Background Tropical Storm Nalgae, locally named Paeng left a devastating toll in
Bangsamoro Autonomos Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) when
it struck killing hundreds of people and thousands were displaced.
People lost their homes and properties most of them lost their
livelihood. People suffer from hunger and some are reported dead
because of thirst due to scarcity in the supply of food and water. The
collective efforts of the student youth-leaders and teachers could help
sustain the needs and even more save lives of many Filipinos affected
by typhoon. The funds will transition to provide long term assistance as
needed. All cash donations to this fund will exclusively support Tropical
Storm Nalgae (Paeng) recovery efforts.

Project Objectives  To provide the needs for victims of Tropical Storm Paeng.
 Support temporary shelter and emergency supplies to displaced
families.
 To meet other needs as they emerge.

Project Methodology This campaign will focus on raising any amount through GCash or Cash
donations. Each school will assign personnel who will collect and
accept the cash donations. The amount collected will be turn over to the
Division of Misamis Occidental through the DRRM -Coordinator/Youth
Formation Coordinator for the final. The DFSSG Treasurer together
with her teacher-adviser will be responsible for monitoring the cash
donation’s update of the raised amount and liquidation of the expenses.

Work Breakdown and Task November 15 ,2022

Estimates
Call for meetings for all DFSSG Officers and Board member and their
teacher-adviser together with the YFC for final instruction of the
campaign via Zoom.

November 15-19, 2022

Collection of donations and an initial update of the raised amount
meeting via the group chat.

November 22-26, 2022

Collections of donations.

Project Deliverables  GCash Donations

Project Risk Management The Division of Misamis Occidental Supreme Student Government will
be having a proper documentation wherein each school will report their
total collected amount for transparency.
Project Cost The target raised amount is PHP 50,000.
