I’ve decided personally to hire Mimi for China, the reason and solution for that are:
 Conducting multiple sessions with Mimi, then including the people like Virginia, VP of
HR. Understanding her stand related to China and the issues at the present instance.
 Based on her responses. It won't be good to reveal my decision to recruit her right away;
instead, I'll lay out all of the potential ramifications if something goes wrong. The next
things to keep ready would be to get an apology statement from Mimi. 
 I would also ask Mimi to study more about the culture in China and thus increase the
awareness that she possesses.
 More training sessions should be imparted to increase the exposure that Mimi would
have.
 Company also should maintain very good political relations and the PR team should also
be in tip-toe.
