Guidelines for physical school


 In case parents are not able to pick during dispersal MANDATORY handwritten authority letter by the parents –
signature, contact numbers, address
 Students should report in School with complete school uniform and school shoes.
 Students’ School timings: 8.30 a.m to 3.00 p.m
 Carry long break and short break tiffins
 The students will get their timetable updated regularly in their E-weekly scheduled letters, uploaded on every Saturday from
event calendar on MCB
 Follow the given timetable and do not carry excess baggage
 School Calendar should be brought daily to school. (The calendar details to be filled mandatorily, no column to be left )

General Guidelines
 Incase if the child is absent for any reason it has to be intimated to the class teacher through mail Alpa.Dave@ryangroup.org
 Assignments will be uploaded on Topper OS version 2.
 Kindly check Ryan Parent Portal on regular basis for all the updates from the school.

Rock Band Competition for VII

To be conducted on the 14th of November

-Students of VII will make four teams according to their houses (Red, Blue,
Green, Yellow) i.e., students from VII will form 4 house teams, these teams will compete with each other.
-There should be min of 25 students in each house team.eg- Red. house of V to VII willchoose25
students.
-No pre-recorded music /karaoke is allowed. Teams will have students playing their
instruments and singing. -Each team will have their dress code and a suitable name.
-No vulgaror immoral names, songs, words,actions and dress code will be tolerated
(Teachers to be vigilant)
-Each team willbe given willbe given 6-7 minutes to perform on stage.
-Judges should be impartial and with a music background.
-Points to be awarded according to -lyrics, tune, harmony, creativity, dress, team participation,
message.

*DEBATE – TV is often referred to as an ‘Idiot Box’ Two class groups willbe formed with Class Council
Members as moderators, one group will support the TV and the other willspeak against.

26th November - National Milk Day


Every year November26 is celebratedas National Milk Day in India. The day is being observed since
2014 to commemorate the birth anniversary of the Father of India's White Revolution, Dr Varghese
Kurien.He is also nicknamed as “Milkman of India”. Since there is an increase in the demands of diary
production, fields related to this such as Dairy education,Veterinary, pharmaceuticals, researchand Cattle
feed, supply are also benefitted.
*Write an article to publish in the Magazine about the importance of Milk as a healthy diet for school
children, Use health facts.
* Prepare a flow chart of MILK ROUTE from the dairy farm to the Kitchen table.
