Physical fitness refers to the ability to perform everything you desire for as long as

feasible. Physical fitness has shown to have many health benefits, both physically and mentally it
may even help you live longer can give the different functions in our daily lives to become
healthy and flexible every day. Regular exercise and physical activity are important in our self to
promote strong muscles and bones and also avoid the different sicknesses such as stroke,
diabetes, high blood, and even came in surgery they needed simple exercise like walking until
they recover well. Physical fitness improves your memory and brain function, protect against
many chronic diseases, aid in weight management, lower blood pressure and improve heart
health, improve your quality of sleep, reduce the feeling of anxiety and depression, combat
cancer-related fatigue, improve joint pain, and stiffness, maintain muscle strength and balance
and increase the life span. Physical activity has a huge potential to enhance our well- being. Even
a short burst of 10 minutes' brisk walking increases our mental alertness, energy, and positive
mood. Participation in regular physical activity can increase our self-esteem and can reduce
stress and anxiety. Physical fitness is important especially this time of pandemic. It is important
being physically fit for us to stay healthy and not easily get sick. The covid19 easily transmitted
to a person with low resistance. Those who place a high value on physical fitness set a standard
for themselves and act accordingly. Those who place it lower on their list of values and priority
don't "have the time" to work on it. And instead of fighting back and changing their bodies when
they lose their ability to perform something, they give up that activity. Physical fitness is
essential for everyone at all stages of life. There are numerous advantages to being physically fit,
and knowing how active you should be can assist you in maintaining your fitness. Many people
believe that people who are more active are healthier and live longer lives. Therefore, health is
wealth in our part of our life to be happy while living on earth.
