HR OPTIMIZER
1. Introduction:
HR panel:
The HR can see the ongoing project in the company and can see/ assign the tasks
to each person of the project group.HR can contact and send a single mail to all the
candidates about their interview timing and details which will be sent to the
candidate’s g-mail.
User panel:
There will be a job listing section from where normal users can apply for the job
after passing the test and from their only shortlisted candidates by the system will
appear in the HR list.
2. Survey Analysis:
Nowadays, job search is a task commonly done on the Internet using job search
engine sites like LinkedIn , Indeed , and others. Commonly, (1) a job seeker has two
ways to search a job using these sites doing a query based on keywords related to the
job vacancy that he/she is looking for, creating and/or updating a professional profile
containing data related to his/her education, professional experience, professional
skills and other, and receive personalized job recommendations based on this data.
Sites providing support to the former case are more popular and have a simpler (2)
structure; however, their recommendations are less accurate than those of the sites
using profile data.
3. Problem Statement:
The Human Resource Management System will addresses the Automation of the
Performance of the Employees as regard to what is monitored on them. (4) Their
performance would be according to the qualities of what they’re working on. On the
present situation, the performance of the employees were poorly evaluated and monitored
before, during and after every period of their jobs.
4. Proposed System:
HR Optimizer provides a robust recommendation platform for both job seekers and
recruiters. The goal is to simplify the job seeking and candidate screening process,
this can be achieved with HR Optimizer. It is easy to use (just upload and run). (3)For
recruiters, it saves time screening CV manually and provides a less bias result; and for
job seekers, it provides a tailor made and interactive dashboard with relevant job
opportunities.
