的三步骤设计编译
运行新项目向导（文件菜单--File menu）

a. 指定项目目录，名称和頂层实体。
b. 指定项目设计文件。
c. 指定用于该项目的其它EDA工具。
d. 指定该设计的Altera器件系列。
e. 指定器件（或指定用于自动选用器件的器件信息）
f. 审查项目设定。

运行时序向导（分配菜单--Assignments menu）

a.指定整个电路频率要求（fMAX），或
指定一个或多个时钟信号的频率要求。
b.输入项目范围内的系统建立时间（tSU）
，保持时间（tH），时钟至输出时间（tCO）和管脚至管脚时间（tPD）要求。
c.指定缺省的器件管脚输入和输出的外部延迟。
d.输入控制时序分析和时序驱动编译的设置。

Quartus II分配菜单管理著项目所有的设置和分配命令。选择设置Settings
（分配菜单--Assignments menu）查看树形显示的所有Quartus II设置选项。
选择转换MAX+PLUS® II项目Convert MAX+PLUS® II Project（文件菜单--File
menu）很方便地将MAX+PLUS II软件的项目移植到Quartus II软件上。

编译设计（处理菜单--Processing menu）

当编译完成时，查阅编译报告（Compilation
Report）窗口有关编译设置、资源使用率和
编译逻辑表达式等信息。

在编译过程中也会对当前设计进
行时序分析，编译报告窗口会包
含时序信息。

也可以从编译器工具 Compiler
Tools（工具菜单--Tools menu）
启动编译。
