Physical Fitness Test Battery - This test measures the muscular endurance of
the abdominal muscles. This is important for performing tasks that involve the use of
force, and it helps maintain good posture and minimize lower back problems.

The Battery Test

The Vitality Test Battery consisted of 10 conventional physical tests to evaluate the
six components of fitness-related health: body composition, cardiorespiratory
endurance, muscular endurance and strength, flexibility, balance, and motor
coordination.

The 6 Minute Walk Test is a sub-maximal exercise test used to assess aerobic
capacity and endurance. The distance covered over a time of 6 minutes is used as
the outcome by which to compare changes in performance capacity.

Hand Grip Test strength is usually measured using a hand-held dynamometer.

The patient squeezes the dynamometer with all of their strength, typically three
times with each hand. An average score is then calculated using the
measurements from both hands.
Flexibility tests assess the ability of muscles and joints to move with ease through
their full range of motion.

Balance Test is a measure of dynamic balance that provides a significant challenge to

athletes and physically active individuals.

Trunk strength test is the ability to use your abdominal and lower back
muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time
without "giving out" or fatiguing.
