Below is the recipe for Vendhaya Kuzhambu...

Serves 2 members.

Ingredients needed:
Vendhayam - 2 tablespoon.
Tamarind - nelli size.
Salt - as required.
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon.
Chilli Powder - 1/2 tablespoon.
Coriander Powder - 1 tablespoon.
Sesame oil - 2 tablespoon.
Kadugu - 1/2 teaspoon.

Procedure:
Take a vessel and place it on stove. Add 2 tablespoon oil, add kadugu let it
temper. Add vendhayam, saute for a min. Add Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder and
Coriander powder and Tamarind water. Keep the heat on medium flame. Cook for 5
mins.

Vendhaya Kuzhambu is ready. Goes well with Rice. You just need vatthal or appalam
to make it better.

Good for diabetic patients. Handy when there are no veggies in the house.
