Application rejections are a routine thing in an organization but saying no to an applicant is never
easy as the applicants are emotionally invested in the decision. Rejection letters must be written in a
way that does not suggest any discrimination or unfairness. The possibility of lawsuits for
employment discrimination must be kept in mind.
