Subject: Regarding SFF facility, Kriti, PF 5194561

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I want to avail my SFF facility, as I have purchased Curtains,
mattress and an AC which is under my entitlement. Since I have purchased the same and payment
has been done from my account, I want reimbursement in my account i.e 19062022000017. I have
not availed SFF facility before, format for same is also attached.

Details of the items purchased are as follows:

1) Daikin 1.5 ton split inverter AC – Rs 41800/- including GST

2) Lavanya Mattress – Rs 20355/- including GST
3) Curtains- Rs 13420/- including GST

Bills have been attached for reference, with Punjab National bank GSTN number mentioned.
Kindly do the needful.
