We understand that Kevin Chinchilla decided to join your company. I would like to
inform you of the following facts:
1. During his relationship with us, Kevin Chinchilla had access to our trade
secrets which include, among others, advanced information about the boiler
making area.

2. In connection with his employment, Kevin Chinchilla signed an employment

agreement in which he promised not to disclose or use any of our trade
secrets without our authorization. The agreement remains in effect.

3. At the time Kevin Chinchilla left our company, he was informed of his
continuing obligations under the employment agreement and signed an
acknowledgment of obligations, a copy of which is attached.
We have every confidence that Kevin Chinchilla intends to fulfill his obligations and
respect our trade secrets. We also trust that your company will not place him in a
position where he will jeopardize the disclosure of our trade secrets.
If you have any questions to ask regarding these matters, we will be happy to clarify
them for you. In addition, if at any time you wish to know what information provided
to Kevin Chinchilla is a proprietary trade secret of ours, we will be happy to work out
a procedure to legally provide you with this information.
