UTILITARIANISM
Happiness for the great number
of people
The action is good if the
decisions made for the greatest
number of people’s happiness.
In the utilitarianism, people
predict first the consequences
and impact before they do an
action.
Utilitarianism is good because
you think first before making an
action but it also hard to predict
the outcomes or results of the
action.
DEONTOLOGICAL
Responsibilities or guidelines
In the deontology, the action is
good if the person obeys the
rules or law.
In the deontology it is our
obligation to do act or live
according to the rules
regardless of the outcome.
Deontology is good in all ways
the reason is it can give an
equality and human rights but it
can give a bad also if some
people have different rules.
VIRTUE ETHICS
Innate Character
In the virtue ethics, the action is
good if the person abides by
virtuous person.
In the virtue ethics, people act
according to their everyday life.
And virtue ethics only focuses
on the benefits for the
individuals.
Virtue ethics is good the reason
is it can help you develop your
good habits but it can also bad
because it focus on the
benefits.
