1. Share a photo of a good manager.

You may include all the skills and values you

want a good manager to possess.

2. At least one scenario in each skill, as explained above, that highlights the
potential of a good manager.
• Technical Skills: Technical skills refer to a measurable skill or trait related to the
subject of your work or industry.
For example, if the manager notices that the customer base is changing using
technical skills the manager will guide the team to do comprehensive research
and the company can now use the information that they gained from the research
that they make.

• Conceptual Skills: A good manager must possess conceptual skills where he/she
makes quick decisions that required problem-solving and critical thinking.
For example, you are a manager of a coffee shop in your city, and one time
another coffee shop opens beside yours. As a manager, you should think of new
strategies or concepts for your coffee shop so that you will not be left alone.

• Human or Interpersonal Skills: interpersonal skills that a manager should strive to

develop and refine include building trust, emotional intelligence, empathy,
vulnerability, and listening skills.
For example, as a manager of a company you should build a relationship with
your team so that it’s more comfortable when working. And listening to your team
is also a good idea to let your colleagues speak for their opinions.
