1. Client- Emerson Electric

Emerson Electric Co., incorporated on September 24, 1890, is a diversified global manufacturing

Emerson Industrial Automation provides a wide range of integrated solutions to manufacturers
across the world. A few of its many products include motors, alternators, fluid control systems,
plastic joining equipment, metal welding equipment, pulleys, bearings, and sprockets

Oracle Middleware- OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)

Adapters used- Oracle Service Cloud (OSC), Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC), SOAP(Service Cloud
WSDL), Microsoft Calendar, Microsoft Email
Summary:
 This project involves creation and assignment of Field jobs where creation takes place at Service
Cloud and assignment of Filed jobs happens at Oracle Field Service Cloud .
 This project involves Mobile APP Development where technicians can accept or decline the Filed
Jobs assigned to them
 Technicians can monitor their calendars in mobile app to be updated with their schedules and tasks
assigned to them
 ICS is used as a platform where complex integrations are designed between Service Cloud and Field
Service Cloud to capture the Field Job details from Service Cloud and move them to Field Service
Cloud and to update the Field job in Service Cloud whenever the update/ changes happen against
the Field job in Oracle Field Service Cloud.
 ICS also involves integration where mail/Calendar invite will be sent to the technician for any Field
job assigned. Microsoft Calendar and Microsoft Email adapters are used to serve this.
 Used ROQL(RightNow Object Query Language), SOAP services, RESTful API’s (OSC & OFSC)

2. Client- Solairus Aviation

Solairus Aviation is US Based private aviation services company whose core business is assisting
aircraft owners with the safe, reliable and efficient management and operation of their aircraft.
Their services are customized to meet the travel and functional requirements and to support flight
operations with highest standards of safety.

Summary:
 The motive of this project was to create Solairus Customer Portal where Dashboard will present the
BI reports in graphical format. Oracle ICS was used as a platform to fetch BI reports from Fusion
Apps and save those reports in DB tables.
 Oracle ICS also involved integration with Oracle CECS where BI Report Attachments were being
stored in Oracle DOCS
3. Client- OmniMax

Adapters used- REST, SalesForce, Oracle Database
Summary: This project involves integrations between SalesForce and Oracle eBS database. The
motive of this project is to fetch data from eBS interface table and dump into SalesForce objects and
vice versa.
