Dear Sir,

I am writing this request for DIA 90 assembly line with reference to above CIJ number for total
approved cost 17.50 Lacs inr. For the above CIJ number has total 18 items and multiple sub items, to
be procured from multiple vendors. For example, we are buying conveyor from Sigmatech and
electrical sub parts from Moglix and Om tulsi suppliers. Considering Business urgency, CARV line
readiness promised to customer and internal discussion with finance head and Business head, we
are procuring all the items in General PR/PO and will be capitalized later by accounts department.

You are requested to approve purchase all items in General PR/PO.
