ABUSE COUNCILS DATE :_November 8, 2022 The Rizal Association of Anti-Drug Abuse Councils, will hold a provincial advocacy program entitled “BUHAY, INGATAN, DROGA'Y AYAWAN’ (BIDA), a 3-day Training Program ‘on Continuing Anti-lllegal Drug Abuse which will be held on November 27-29, 2022 at Club Balai Isabel, Talisay, Batangas. ‘The activity is in line with the current administration's commitment to continue the campaign against the proliferation of use of illegal drugs and substance abuse within the framework of the law with respect for human rights and with the focus on rehabilitation and socio-economic development. In line with this, through the request of Mr. Diosdado C. Baquiran, Drug Prevention and Education Specialist, and President of Rizal Association of ADACs, all concemed local officials are enjoined to allow Sanggunian Kabataan Members, as the target participants, to participate in the said activity on official business. A total payment amounting to Php 13, 200.00 per Participant to defray the costs of hotel accommodation, meals, transportation and allowances may be authorized against local funds, subject to the availability thereof, and to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations, All DILG Cluster Heads and Field Officers are likewise directed to cause the dissemination of this memorandum.
