三步法让 HR 了解了你是否适合这个公司，同时展示你对公司的热情。

“Why our company? ”，95%以上面试必考题之一。

这个问题很难像 What's your biggest failure 那样，准备好就能一招鲜吃遍天。不同公司想听到的是自

己与众不同的地方，比如去面试 Google，说出来的答案对于 Facebook 都适用，Hiring Manager 一定
会质疑你的 Google 的兴趣，所以每个公司都要准备独特的答案。

答题思路

这里，我们就来教你如何用简单的 3 个步骤，针对每个公司准备”Why this company“的答案，让你有

理有据表忠心，让公司觉得你就是那个对的人！

第一步：我很欣赏公司的理念、文化、产品

首先，你可以说自己欣赏公司的哪些方面，并解释自己和公司的理念是如何产生共鸣的。 要注意的
是，这个理念要有这个公司的特色，不要用放在任何公司都可以的。这其实也是展示你对公司了解
的好机会。所以需要花时间，从多个角度了解公司，比如：

1）研究公司的网站内容，广告去了解公司品牌，业务战略和文化，任何公司对外宣传的理念，都可
以作为你欣赏的理由；

2）与公司的员工沟通，从而了解公司的理念文化；

3）关注你申请的部门和职位，通过 Job Description 或者找人交流了解这个领域/行业/团队近期发展，

和正在进行的新项目，同时关注自己可以怎样为公司提供价值。

选择一些自己最感兴趣的点，整理出来，和自己背景的契合度越高越好。比如公司的某个产品很吸
引你，或者这个公司的核心价值和你特别契合。

举个例子，你可以这么说：

“When I was thinking about my first full-time job, I wanted to work at a company that makes a product I
truly believe in. Your product is serving people ages 20 to 25, and as a person within that age group and
an avid user of your product, I think I could represent the brand well as a PR and communications
 specialist.”

第二步：突出与公司或职位相关的经历和技能

之后可以强调你的经历、技能和公司职位的相关性。 这样既可以在 Hiring Manager 面前更加具体地

展现出自己的能力，也可以再次强调自己和公司的共同或相关之处。

“I was a brand ambassador for two years in college, so I know the best ways to increase brand
awareness and sales, and to be the voice of a brand.”

第三步：表达对公司的热爱

最后，你还要表达你对这家公司的热爱，要让 HR/Hiring Manager 相信，你对他们的热情是竞争对手

和这个领域的其他任何公司无法相比的。

“Your company's dedication to empowering young people struck me in particular, and it seems like a
great fit in terms of me being able to provide valuable insights and expertise while working for a brand
that I truly believe in.”

虽然这个问题看起来并不难，但要给出一个简洁恰当的答案，也需要大量细心的 Research，既让 HR
看到你对岗位的热情，也看到你对公司的热爱。
