Brief yet concise circumstances in the study

III – Main Points

Glaring facts cited in the case which may help in laying down factors to be considered in the
SWOT and the ACAs.

IV – Areas for Consideration (SWOT Analysis)

The analysis of strengths and weaknesses present in the case and the foreseen opportunities
and challenges.

V – Alternative Courses of Action

Present at least 5 ACAs

Present at least 3 advantages and 3 disadvantages for each ACA

VI – Conclusion

Based on the SWOT analyzed and the ACAs presented, cite a judgment or decision reached
summing-up an argument leading to a recommended ACA.

VII – Recommendation

From the ACAs presented, recommend an ACA that will best solved the problem at hand

VIII – Action Plan

This part depicts the proposed activities in order to implement the ACA recommended using the
table below. Present at least 5 activities to be undertaken.
