Format for the Tally Chart (goes in appendix)

This is to be done AFTER you have collected the questionnaires from respondents.
SBA MUST be done using the American Psychological Association’s (APA) format –

 Size 12 font (except for titles, etc)


 Times New Roman font
 Bibliography following that format also – last name of author, first initial of author. (year of
publishing). Name of book or article. Publisher, place of publishing.

MUST include the following:

 Cover page with: Name of candidate, candidate number, Topic, School, place for center
number, teacher, word count.
 Acknowledgements
 Table of contents
 The pages of the project
 Bibliography
 Appendix (put tally chart here)

Word limit – 1000 words(excluding cover page, acknowledgements, table of


contents, presentation, bibliography, appendix).

Topics to choose from:
Reports should be marked out of an aggregate of 40 marks. The following table gives an allocation of
raw marks for the tasks identified.

• Reason clearly stated.

3. Method of Investigation (2)

• Method of investigation justified and described.

4. Data Collection Instrument (4)

• Data collection instrument very well constructed and sequenced and addresses relevant variables.

• Procedures to collect data identified and clearly described.

• Data presented using tables, graphs and charts that are appropriate, well labeled and accurate.

7. Analysis and Interpretation of Data (8)
