Sweden has been famously known for its welcoming attitude

toward refugees. Until recently, it had the most generous immigration


laws in Europe.

In 2015 the population of just 10 million welcomed 165,000 asylum
seekers to Sweden — more per capita than any other European nation.
During 2016, Sweden sharpened their asylum laws, and the immigration declined down
to around 116 thousand individuals arriving in 2019.
about 13.7 per cent of the Swedish population, were born abroad.

Alongside the family members of non-EU immigrants, The biggest group among the EU and EEA citizens in
2008 were Poles, followed by Germans, Romanians, the Dutch and the French.

They have great social services, good life conditions, good wages(even tho life is more expensive)

Whats so good about Sweden:

- everyone understands English, friendly for foreigners

-great benefits – 5 weeks of paid vacation, 480 days of paid parental leave, semi-free healthcare, for children
free, cheap daycare for kids (basically free because it can be paid with child benefit from government), basically
unlimited sick days
- if u lose a job the government pays for your neccesities ( groceries, rent) until you find a next one

They spend thebiggest part of GDP on social welfare among all European countries

- relaxed and comfortable lifestyle

- free education

-equality, laws against discrimination (culturally reinforced) – one of the best countries for women to live in

- subsidies to new buisnesses – pay eight hours salary every day

-one of the fastestinternet connections in the world
