NPC’s
1) Grunt’s, Veterans, Elites and Captains
- Each tier of NPC has levels 1 to 5
-------- Grunt (1), Grunt (3) etc.

- Grunt: Diff. 0, 5hp per level, 1 damage per level.


- Veteran: Diff. 1, 10hp per level, 2 damage per level.
- Elite: Diff. 2, 20hp per level, 3 damage per level.
- Captain: Diff. 3, 30hp per level, 4 damage per level.

- skills and weaknesses


- traits (NPC talents)

GM’s Bit
1) Frontier Runners
- variant setup
- traveller/ firefly style

2) Resource Need
- variant group play mechanic, replaces universal translator.
- debt runner / survival style.

3) Broken Equipment
- worse than damaged
- literally broken and unusable in any way
- repaired once makes it damaged
- repaired twice returns the usual equipment bonus (twice the price of normal repair)
- character that can repair equipment follow the above rules.
