How to Become a Student of Pancasila

in the era of the World Globalization

Good morning. Best wishes to all of us.

This is my first english speech after almost 2 years. Those in attendance who have the honor
of being headmaster, teacher, and dear friends. On this occasion I will give the speech "how
to becoma a student of pancasila in the era of the world championships".

We know that today culture and the setting of values in society are getting the cultural and
external threats that the globalization of information brings. People, especially young people
who are drowning in the digital age euphoria, the Internet, social media, and various online
information, are not rarely affected by external values and cultures that are incompatible with
our nation's values.

The prevalence of violence and action that a current generation student should not take is a
prime example of how pancasila adapts serious challenges and threats related to the lack of
consciousness of adab values, morality, national values, and lack of development in the mind
of today's young generation students. We cannot control the rapidly expanding flood of
globalization today. However, as a student with principles, identity, and foresight, we must
face the rapid globalization of information by still feeding the younger generation. We can't
just drift in the globalization of information with all its value.

We need something that will be both a fortress and a powerfully embedded character in each
one of us to build the most basic life of a harmonious, peaceful, brotherhood. As a student
who has pancasila asa philosophy of life and a state basis, clearly the character contained in it
must become part of the identity of every young generation. It is this pancasilla character that
will be the foundation of both national and fortress that will protect our young generation
from the threat of negative effects from the globalization of information such as violence to
radicalism to terrorism.

Therefore the way to implant the soul of pancasila student in this age of globalization
is that we need to approach the three approaches: example, breeding, teaching. Thus, we also
need to sift out negative attitudes and develop our mindset in character, acting in the real
world, and even in the virtual world.

The boy is the nation's hope, the Asian tiger generation. Indonesia waits for us to be
global, not for us to be desperate. Don't be a volatile young person with zero results, but be a
skilled young person, thirsty to learn and upgrading papers dege and skills.
