1 Check physical condition of gas cylinders. Is the colour of the

cylinders clearly visible ? Oxygen - Black

2 Check the condition of trolley for cylinders.

3 Check the condition of hoses for cracks, wear/tear, joints, etc.

4 Check the condition of regulators. Detect leaks using soap

solution.
5 Check condition of flash back arrestor on the torch.

6 Check condition of cutting nozzle and spark lighter

7 Provision of fire blanket on gas cutting cylinder
8 Colour code for hoses :Red - LPG

Blue - Oxygen

9 Valve key condition.

10 Cylinders protected against excessive rise in temperature.
