PPE Checklist

This document is a monthly checklist for inspecting personal protective equipment (PPE) used at a construction site for the HPCL MREP project. It lists the required PPE including safety helmets, shoes, goggles, gloves, ear plugs, nose masks, and full body harnesses. For each item of equipment, the checklist records whether it was found to be suitable or not suitable for use. The inspection was carried out by a job engineer or supervisor and witnessed by a safety officer or supervisor.
