Weekly Safety Statistics Report

This weekly safety statistics report provides safety metrics for a construction project covering a specific period. It includes the number of employees, lost time accidents, first aid cases, COVID-19 cases, safety inspections, training sessions, meetings, fires, fatalities, man-hours worked and lost, and near misses. Any lost time accidents must be supported by an incident investigation report. Metrics cover the previous week, year-to-date, and total for the project. The report is prepared by the Safety Officer and reviewed by the Resident Construction Manager.

NOTE:

1. For workers/personnel being quarantined - equivalent lost time is 14-days x 8 hrs = 112 man-hrs.
2. For workers/personnel being positive patient - equivalent lost time is 30 days x 8 hrs = 240 man-hrs
3. Any LTA, must always be supported by (CMO-F-037) QESH-Incident Investigation Report.
