Dreamlab Design company was established in 2016 as Germi Design and was based and focused on
projects in Johor Bahru area. Our lead designer possesses 10 years of experience in the field.

6 years later the company has grown and was rebranded into Dreamlab Design with its focus in Kuala
Lumpur, Selangor, Melaka, Johor Bahru. We managed to complete more than 50 successful projects
including commercial and residential.

Our differentiation point is that we not only grant people a design based on their requirements, we

BALINESE STYLE
This design was customized for our client who
is in his 40-s and wanted to settle down and get
away from city hustle. The specialty of Balinese
architecture is using nature at its best to
provide a man-made structure with a relaxed
and tropical atmosphere, Bali homes and
private resorts provide the perfect dwellings
that are in tune with the environment and
vacation feeling. In order to match the concept
of Balinese style we used such materials as
thatch roofing, coconut wood, bamboo poles,
teak wood, stone, and bricks.
