1. Share your thoughts on the entrepreneurship style we have or practice in our country.
2. What is the importance of analyzing and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses in
improving your personal competencies necessary for achieving your goals?
3. Choose 1 item from the “Reminders to New Entrepreneurs” and discuss.

ANSWERS:

1. The entrepreneurship style that we have here in our country is quite admirable because
of the creativity that we Filipinos have, especially the art of being hospitable adds some
portion of having a high quality strategy when it comes to handling their business
efficiently. In short, entrepreneurship styles here in our country are unique due to the
positive traits that we traditionally have that were also being mixed in their strategies.

2. It is important to know our strengths and weaknesses because these will make us
stronger to achieve our goals. We become independent when we identify our weakness
because we are ready to face such external opportunities.

3. “Be close to your customer” it is essential to have a closure on our customer because
they are the major elements in reaching our goals in business. Without the customers,
no such sale will occur and apparently there will be no gain, which is the purpose of our
business is to earn profit. Having closure to our customers helps us to identify their
demands which also help our business to grow more.
