AGENDA​: The Kashmir dispute.

INDO-PAKISTAN SPECIAL SUMMIT,

1. F​ urther,​ considering the life of people of Kashmir and urging both


federations India and Pakistan, to allow free movement of people
on both sides of Line Of Control to be permitted,
2. ​Calls upon​ the Government to hold the elections in both sides of
Kashmir where elected representatives along with both
governments supervise and form the future roadmap for Kashmir,
3. ​Emphasis​ on the fact that Kashmiri people have been fearing
their livelihood and security after the abrogation of the article and
thus the committee would request the Indian Government to look
into the matter and provide them with the surety and security they
need,
4. Encourages​ the Indian federation and the Islamic Republic of
Pakistan to consider the people of Kashmir and thus allow UN
peacekeeping troops to ensure the security of the citizens and look
into the matter of human rights violation and take necessary action
against the same,
5. Consider​ the Kashmiri Pandits and provide them with the correct
psychological and physical and other major means to help these
people return back to their homelands and providing them with
funds and other basic necessities if required and expecting
Pakistan to stay true to its word and show their support in the
same,
6. Requests​ the UN for an inquiry into the funding of terrorist
organization funding so as to satisfy both India and Pakistan, and
punish those responsible for the actions. Also requesting both
federations to combine forces if necessary to fight this war against
terrorism,
7. Regrets​ the propagation of hate by the media of both the countries
and requests them to refrain from doing so,
8. Further calls upon ​the Indian federation to grant Kashmiri people
self-determination and stand by the decision of the people,
9. Notes​ ​that a referendum or plebiscite is not an answer as seen in
history and thus urges leaders to let the Kashmiri representatives
be the voice of the Kashmiri people and let both the parties know
what their stance is,
10. Strongly condemns​ ​both India and Pakistan to remove troops
in order to maintain peace and condemns formation of Kashmir
peacekeeping forces,
11. Invites​ ​both Pakistan and India to pay independent
compensation to the families who have suffered at the hands of
both the governments. Stressing on Pakistan to do so for the
Kashmiri Pandits and India for the Kashmiri civilians.
