• 29 days to 15 days prior to arrival date (25% of tariff).
• 14 days to 24 HRS of arrival date (50% of tariff).

• Read and agree with the T & C of RTDC Reservation and Cancellation Rules.
• Difference in prevailing tariff will be chargeable/ Refundable/ Adjustable on check-out.
• Applicable tax(s) need to be paid at the time of check-out.
• Children up to 5 years not chargeable and above 5 years Chargeable as adult.
• In case of over booking is done due to System Error, RTDC will not be responsible and full amount will be refunded.
• Following Photo ID Proofs are acceptable:- Voter/Adhar Card/Passport/Driving Licence/Office ID-Govt & PSU at Checkin
• Special Discount offered by RTDC, will be refundable/ adjustable on submission of valid photo proof of Category.
• Special Discount will be applicable per valid KYC for one room only.
• Discounts are not allowed from 24-31Dec and dates of fairs and festivals period.
• No show will be treated as utilized and no refund will be permitted.
• If booking cancelled, Refund as per Rules, shall be made through same route of booking.
• Reservation may be cancelled, due to natural calamity, civil commotion, or any such type of circumstances beyond the control,
refund shall be made.
• In Case of any miscalculation due to System error or Transaction failed difference shall be refundable or chargable.
