detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity

Security Incident Response and Investigation activities
WORK LOCATION
Develop and support the implementation plans of new projects within
KBTG Building (Muang Thong Thani,
the CSOC.

Develop CSOC service metrics; implement and monitor controls to
ensure appropriate service levels are maintained
Provide thought leadership and attends industry events.
Maintain and administer personnel activities for direct reports,
including recruitment, assignments, training, performance evaluations,
and reviews
Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance requirements
and policies that may have direct or indirect impact upon the CSOC
and its services

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Information Security,
Management or Computer Engineering
Active CISSP & CISM certifications are required
At least 10 years of experience in Information Security Operations, with
minimum of 5 years in leadership role
Service provider and government experience
Extensive experience with the management of security analytics, threat
intelligence, security case management and other information security
platforms
Extensive experience with the management of international, multi-
cultural and multi-lingual teams
Working experience in a Security Operations Centre (SOC), Managed
Security Service (MSS), or enterprise network environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
