Are you stressed right now? What are your


stressors? How do you cope with stress?
I must say that I’m quite stressed right now. My
stressors are family issues, financial and school
related problems as well as the struggle of adjusting
on my new environment as a first year college
student.
Activity 2.1. List down 10 strategies that you
personally use when you study your exam?
* Setting my alarm
* Highlight important details
* Drink a lot of coffee
*Drink at least 8 glasses of water
* Familiarize important keywords
* Rewriting keywords
* Taking a nap after studying
* Revising certain keywords
* Organizing my desk
* Watching YouTube videos related to the topic I’m
studying
2.2. Do you cram when you take the exam? Explain
I do cram whenever I take an exam an I think that’s
because I get tired and lazy at times. And with that, I
tend to procrastinate and end up cramming.
2.3. Are your strategies effective when you study for
your exam?
I must say that some of these strategies are effective
especially cleaning and organizing my desk before
studying since it helps me to be more productive.
