Currently, the number of people having dangerous diseases has been increasing

rapidly due to their unbalanced diet and lifestyle.

Many of us do not take care of our health properly. We tend to devote more
time to working than to caring for ourselves. Having bad daily habits can lead to illness,
diseases. The most concerned topic today is COVID-19, a contagious airway disease that
can kill the patients or leave consequences. It will be more likely to become serious if
we do not have strong resistance. Therefore, we should keep ourselves healthy.

The easiest ways to keep fit and stay healthy are eating a balanced diet, doing
enough exercise and maintaining a sensible sleep pattern. A balanced diet is eating
much fresh fruits, vegetables and little sugary, fatty food. The number of calories we get
from food should also be noticed as it affects our activities during the day. Secondly,
doing much exercise is an effective way to keep fit as we consume the entire calories
intake. It also relieves stress and keeps our brains more alert. Last but not least, we
need to sleep long enough. Healthy sleep patterns improve our work productivity and
make it easier to maintain a healthy diet.

In conclusion, we need to keep fit and stay healthy to avoid diseases, especially
when the COVID19 pandemic is breaking out everywhere.
