Per item 36 of Enclosure 1 of the above cited issuance, schools shall strictly devote ten (10) weeks of every academic quarter to actual classroom teaching pursuant to the objectives of Sulong Edukalidad. 3. The Budget of Works (BOW) is anchored on the Most Essential Learning ‘Competencies (MELC) in SPA released in 2020. Initially, the list of MELCs was designed for an eight-week period which was the case in school year 2020-21, 2021- 22. This time the MELCs shalll cover a ten-week period hence the issuance of this new BOW. 4, The following SPA teachers are assigned to craft the SPA unified Budget of Works to be submitted on or before October 14, 2022.
