I. INTRODUCTION

A. The Business Concept and the Business Model

People nowadays, especially the teenagers are into cold drinks and food, specifically ‘milk

teas’. Our business allows their customers to try something new and extra ordinary. Also, our product

is not limited to teenagers because anyone can try it, young and old, girl and boy. Twiscrumble is a

combination of one of the famous Filipino frozen dessert and tapioca pearls on it.

Our product named twiscramble has a unique concept, it is refreshing at the same time you

feel like bought or drink a milk tea. On making ice scramble you need to add a banana extract,

banana extract happens to be made from pure banana. This means that this is beneficial to our dear

customers. Our twiscramble also shouting uniqueness because of it’s toppings. We add tapioca

pearls for people that happens to be missing drinking their milk teas. Tapioca pearl is not that really

beneficial in terms of health nutrition but it is really helpful and useful to those people who need to

avoid grains or gluten and also banana extract is a gluten free just like the tapioca pearls.

Our business model depends on the way of our advertising campaign is carried out. It is a

business model that is customer-friendly and helps clients to enjoy their stay while waiting for our

product. We also want our product to be unique as it can be so our customers will look for our product

now and then.


B. THE BUSINESS GOALS: Mission, Vision, Objectives and Performance Targets

Mission. To introduce one of the Filipino frozen dessert called scramble which people still

enjoy and looking for. We put some twist on it to create a value for customers, to satisfy them and to

earn a good profit.

Vision. We envision ourselves as the leading business in ice scramble field. We see ourselves

as the leading business that provides our customers with delicious and healthy food and to inspire

aspiring business with our success.

Objectives

-To show to customers that the old food is still not lost, but it has a unique ingredient.

-To ensure and meet customer’s satisfaction with the taste of our product and offer it to other

people.

II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Twiscramble will be the name of this business venture. It will be located near to Manila

Bay in Manila, Philippines. We will sell all sizes, tastes, and styles of desserts. We will

begin with the desserts surveyors listed in the survey and add more items to the menu

gradually. The aim of this business enterprise is to provide a place for customers and

consumers to come and buy desserts. As well as offering additional occasions such as

birthdays, holidays, and weddings with desserts. In a decorative way, our desserts will be

presented.

We are seeking to succeed and make our name known and have many clients from all

over the world. We hope to connect to all ages and genders, and my workforce and I will

work together as quickly and effectively as possible. In an organized manner, the store will

be worked. For all of our desserts, we will have fair rates. Customers will be notified

through different social media platforms about the events taking place at our store and our

website, which will be updated at the moment by our website designer.

Store Manager: Jane Rosalene Bathan

Schedule: 6am- 10pm (Monday-Saturday)

Salary: Php 30,000 per month

She is accountable for overseeing a store's daily activities, ensuring that it runs smoothly and

effectively. Her responsibilities include motivating sales teams, developing business strategies,

creating promotional materials, and training new employees. She must ensure that staffing levels are

sufficient to operate the store effectively and ensure that staff receive the training necessary for their

job responsibilities. She ensures that the staff are happy and that the store runs productively. She

knows how to manage the floor, make sure the displays of the store are vibrant and inviting, keep

inventory counts in check and schedule employees for optimum results effectively.

Marketing Associate: Ressy Ann Tajan

Schedule: 6am- 10pm (Monday-Saturday)

Salary: Php 25,000 per month

The planning and implementation of marketing and advertising activities is the responsibility of

a marketing associate. She understand the extensive marketing details and are familiar with ways to

analyze market research and the behavior of clients. The marketing associate helps to gather

information, forecast trends and evaluate customer satisfaction.

Production Supervisor: Razel Joy Villena

Schedule: 6am- 10pm (Monday-Saturday)

Salary: Php 20,000 per month

In industrial and manufacturing facilities, the production supervisor is most commonly found

with the general task of supervising a specific division or managing the entire operations of a
business or company. Tasks include ensuring the positive flow of supplies and materials and that all

equipment is functional and complies with safety standards. Depending on the industry and business,

she may progress into a managerial or executive role.

Financial Administrator: Alexandra Sabale

Schedule: 7am- 10pm (Monday-Saturday)

Salary: Php 20,000 per month

She is the one who creates and tracks budgets and prepares or directs revenue statements,

balance sheets, financial summaries and forecasts for preparation. Management responsibilities

include overseeing the roles and staff members in payable accounts and receivable accounts. The

administrator also monitor market trends and possess the ability to provide sound financial advice to

businessmen on profit maximization opportunities.

Food Service/Sanitation Attendant: Elaine Pendon

Schedule: 6am- 10pm (Monday-Saturday)

Salary: Php 15,000 per month

She helps prepare a wide range of various foods and serve them. She assemble simple

dishes, manage specific parts of a process, or cook a certain food in large quantities. Generally

speaking, the work includes running equipment and machinery for food processing, such as fryers,

stoves, blenders, freezers, or choppers. Keeping equipment and utensils and the store clean are also

involve on the sanitation attendant’s duty.

Purchasing: Janedenn Medrano

Schedule: 7am- 10pm (Monday-Saturday)

Salary: Php 15,000 per month


Purchasing officers purchase the employer's goods for resale or services to be used by the

employer at the enterprise level. She buy raw materials for manufacturing facilities as well. This

includes activities such as product quality evaluation, investigating various manufacturers, and

negotiating contracts. Manufacturing, wholesale trade, retail trade, and the federal government are

the areas that employ the purchasing officer. She normally work in an office setting, but it demands

frequent travel to supplier sites and vendor meetings. Performance in this role requires good ability to

plan and interact.

Cashier: Franshane Noche

Salary: Php 10,000 per month

Cashiers strive to produce fast and friendly service to customers while maintaining accuracy at

the sales counter. In general, they take orders, ring them on a ledger, receive fees, make alterations,

and give receipts. During their down time, they are also asked to assist with other duties around the

place of business.

It is the responsibility of a production worker to operate equipment in a factory and prepare items

for distribution. The requirements for a production worker include the assembly and inspection of goods,

ensuring the smooth running of all machinery, and assisting in the packaging and shipping of items.

IV. THE TARGET CUSTOMERS AND THE MAIN VALUE PROPOSITIONS TO THE

CUSTOMERS

Target Group: All people (Kids, Teenagers, Adults, Families, Peers etc..,)

Age Range: All ages

With some variables about the target audience or target customers we have selected, our

team became very direct and considerate. We are striving for a target market that will

completely accept the standard of our product and patronize it. As our product is a

requirement for everyone, our product is independent of age, look or something to do with

targeted consumers.

STRATEGIES

Business Layout:

In the kitchen of Twiscramble, all desserts and drinks will be made. Customers will come

to the store to get their orders. They can also check our website so that they can check for

the menu which will also be updated by one of the staff. Some employees will be assigned

to deliver orders to the clients. We're planning to keep our eatery looking seasonal. For

example, in the month of February, our store will be decorated with the Valentine theme and

our tables will change their table cloth with the color scheme of red and pink. In addition, we

will provide a corner where customers can take selfies and post it to their social media

accounts. We also looking forward for our shop to be one of the perfect place to go and feel

the relaxing ambiance so our customers will go and order to our store often.
Marketing Strategies

Twiscramble will offer different attire to their customers for them to feel they were in the

different country specifically in Korea. Hanbok is one of the clothes we’re going to offer that

consists of “jeogori” or a blouse shirt and “chima” or skirt. This won’t end in this, if our store

offers attire of other country we will also include traditional attires of our own country which

is the “Barong Tagalog” and “ Filipiniana”. In that way they can fully enjoy and occupy the

selfie corner. On the other hand, in terms of food and drinks we will also offer different themes

on our products that are trending such as their K-pop idols, favourite anime character, and

Filipino-themed items. We are also planning to give appreciation to our loyal customers

through giving them a “LoyalTEA Card” that they can use to gain discounts and get freebies

from our store like metal cups that they can bring whenever they go to our store. This cups

are eco-friendly which helps our store and our regular customers reduce plactic usage.

Twiscramble is not just an ordinary store where you can buy and eat foods. We want to offer

the best for our customers and meet their expectations so that they will get no reason not to

keep coming back to our store.
