HRM 600/ XMGT 620 Project – Spring 2022

I. This project aims to understand how “Employees are reacting to the

stress caused by both the economic conditions and Covid in
Lebanon”

II. The structure of the written project should look like the following:

 1st page: Title + the name of the team members

 2nd page: Table of contents

 Part 1:
 Introduction
 Study objectives
 Review related theories about stress with reference to authors

 Part 2:
 Profile /overview of the different companies in a group
 How is management coping with the stress of economic conditions
and Covid
 How are employees coping and reacting to these conditions?

 Part 3:
 Discussion of the topic based on a synthesis of all information
from the different companies included in the group

 Part 4:
 Conclusions and recommendations to reduce employees’ stress
III. To deliver by email latest May 19

 A printed report:

 The project to be printed in “Times New Roman” size 12 for

the text and size 14 bold for the section titles

 The major parts titles will be in capital letters size 16 and

will start on a new page

 A double space between the lines and two spaces between

one topic and the other. Titles in the text should be bold

 The text alignment will be on the left with a margin of 3.5

cm. the right margin will be 2.5 cm and the top and bottom
margins will be 3 cm
