Dear Parents,

We, at The Khaitan School, believe that the regular communication and interaction between the parents
and teachers is indispensable for the growth of the child. This is an important part of the teaching
learning process whose objective is to enable parents and teachers to work for the positive modification
of a student's performance.

Hence, to catalyze the progress and discuss the Term I result and improvement, a Triangulated
Parents Teachers meeting will be conducted on 29th October 2022, Saturday from 09:00 am to 01:30
pm in the school premises.

Parents will get an understanding of how far their wards have achieved their learning goals in Term I and
provide their valuable inputs. The teachers and parents will discuss the progress of students and areas
of improvement.

The time slots have been allotted roll number wise for all classes, which is as follows -

21-30 11:30 am-12:30 pm

31 onwards 12:40 pm-01:30 pm

You are requested to make a note of the following points with respect to the same on 29th October 2022 -
1. Kindly adhere to the timings strictly to avoid inconvenience and leave the school premises as early
as possible. Please avoid overcrowding at the main gate.
2. It is compulsory to wear a mask and follow sanitisation procedures at the school gate.
3. In case you wish to meet the Principal, you are requested to fix an appointment by writing to us on
info@thekhaitanschoolschool.org .
4. Kindly carry your Parent I card with you for entry and display at the main gate.
