AUTHORIZATION

This is to authorize Mr. EDGARDO BAQUIRAN and/or Mr. AL KEVIN

LUSTADO to receive the original copy of the undersigned’s passport duly processed
and renewed with the Department of Foreign Affairs.

A copy of their respective IDs shall be required before release of the said
official document. This authorization shall be terminated upon receipt of the said
passport.
