1. – get rich/ become famous

disadvantaged troubled families
4. Good relationships keep us happier and healthier
5. 1. – social connections are good for us/ loneliness kills
Isolated people are less happier, brain functions decline, have shorter lives health
declines
One in 5 americans are lonely

2. – the QUALITY OF your close relationships matters not the number of friends, or if you live
in a commitment, marriage.....living in the midst of conflicts is worse than divorce, godd warm
relationships, affection PROTECTS your health, body

3 – good close relationships protect our BRAINS too- memory stays sharper and longer
( without affection memory declines)

6. – replace screen time with people time


- Living up your old relationships by doing something together: LONG WALKS, DATE
NIGHTS
- REACH OUT to you family memebr friend, who you have not spoken to for years.. family
feuds take a toll on people who hold grudges ( against others)
7. The Good life is built with good relationships.
