Google Cloud native technologies and experience on AWS and Azure Cloud having worked with

Title: Research and analysis on Customer data in Telecom industry.
Description:
The telecom project I was working for at a percentage of 65% in terms of satisfaction. Here we
needed to get the project to a 95% of the CSAT We worked on this project to make sure target
was achieved. My responsibilities included:

Description: Have worked for a UK based Telecom project. It was an Analytics project where we
needed to identify the prospective customers for selling new Pay as you go and Postpaid
contracts.
• The Platform was built on AWS Cloud and Hadoop (Hortonworks Distribution Platform)
HDP was deployed on the cluster
• The data was ingested from the clickstream and the DB sources to the AWS Cloud
• Later the data was forwarded to HDP cluster and then forwarded to the Tableau
dashboard for further visualization by the Data engineering team
