I, SOUMYARUP CHATTERJEE, son of Sivaprasad Chatterjee, aged about 34

years, by faith – Hindu, by occupation – Unemployed, resident of 40, N.S. Bose
Road, Ratan Bijoli Complex, Flat No. C/3, P.O. – Harinavi, P.S.-Sonarpur,
Kolkata – 700 148 do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows :-

1. That I am citizen of India.

2. That I passed M.P. in year of 2004 and passed H.S. in the year 2007
and passed B.B.A, in year of 2010.
3. That I could not study from in year of 2010 to 2019 because of my
family problem.
4. That I passed LL.B in year 2022 from Vidyasagar University.
5. That in between my gaping period to till day I am not engaged with
any service or business.
