Instructions
* SRO operations are in 24 hours time format only.
* In the case of any variance between the Gregorian and Hijri dates, the Gregorian date shall prevail.
* The passenger must report to station 30 minutes before departure. The boarding gates will close 5 min before
departure.
* In case of cancellation of train by SRO, passengers are entitled to get a full REFUND of the ticket amount.
* Ticket update / refund can be done from "Manage Ticket" feature as per the below terms:
- Up to one hour prior to the trip departure, a 10% of its price will be deducted.
- Less than one hour before departure or within 24 hours after departure, 50% of its price will be deducted.
- No refunds will be made after 24 hours of train departure.
* Passengers are allowed to carry only one luggage in the modern trains of size (67x42x30) cm.
* Ticket price for infant traveller would be 10% of original ticket without seat.
* For operational reasons, SRO reserves rights to rearrange passengers seat allocation inside the train.
*Pets are allowed to be transported inside the train if they are properly boxed, and free of disease without causing any
inconvenience to passengers.
* Smoking inside the stations and trains is strictly prohibited, and may incur penalties.
* SRO will not be responsible for compensation in the case of delays or any consequences thereof.
* Children under the age of 10 and senior citizens with disability cannot travel alone.
