JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

I EDNIEL M. GRANADEROS, Filipino, legal age, and a resident of Loon,

Bohol, after having been duly jointly sworn in accordance with law hereby depose and
say:

1. That I am a bus conductor working for Southern Star Bus Company;

2. That I was suspended for 10 days for improperly changing the route signs in
my assigned bus;

3. The reason for infraction is due to my honest belief that our trip is for Talibon
when in fact it was for Tubigon.

4. I will be more prudent in my future endeavors to avoid these kinds of

infractions.
