COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Compromise Agreement was made and executed on 18 July 2022 by and
between:

, of legal age, Filipino, with address at

___________________________________, hereinafter FIRST PARTY;

-and-

[NAME OF PARENTS OF OFFENDING PARTY], of legal ages, Filipinos

with address at _____________________________________________, hereinafter
SECOND PARTY;

[collectively referred to as “the Parties”]

WITNESSETH: THAT:

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the victim involved in a vehicular

accident which happened at around [TIME] in [LOCATION] caused by the
negligence of [NAME OF OFFENDER], the son of the SECOND PARTY.

WHERAS, the SECOND PARTY are the parents of the offender, [NAME
OF OFFENDER].

WHEREAS, the Parties the parties, acting voluntarily and in good faith
have decided to desist from going forward with any criminal case against each
other and hereby execute this Compromise Agreement.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises

which are deemed integral parts of this Agreement and of the covenants and
stipulations hereinafter set forth, the parties hereby agree as follows:

1. AMOUNT OF SETTLEMENT – The FIRST PARTY agrees to pay

the SECOND PARTY the amount of ___________________________
Pesos (Php ___________), representing the funeral expenses of the
latter.

2. ADDITIONAL AMOUNT – the FIRST PARTY likewise agrees to

pay the SECOND PARTY the amount of _______________________
Pesos (Php __________), as a consolation for their loss.

3. QUITCLAIM AND RELEASE – Once the FIRST PARTY has paid

the foregoing amounts in full, the PARTIES shall forever
perpetually, irrevocably, waive, renounce and abandon any and all
past, present and future claims, civil, administrative and criminal
before the Honorable Court and other tribunal arising from the
vehicular accident. This Compromise Agreement shall be binding
to the successors, heirs and assigns of the parties;
