SUBJECT: VENUE PREFERENCE FOR PHYSICAL MEETING

Sir/Madam,

I write this letter under the guidance of my advocate regarding an unsecured loan I have taken

Unsecured business loan from you, account no. 72146420

I regret to inform you that I am facing financial difficulties and as a result, I am seeking a

financial settlement. I hope this can be resolved quickly and amicably and ideally we can

settlement offers.

As per RBI guidelines, BCSBI Code, the Customer shall be contacted ordinarily at the place

of his/her choice and in the absence of any specified place, at the place of his/her residence

and if unavailable at his/her residence, at the place of business/occupation.

As per the above guidelines, I am notifying you that no meeting or contact should take place

at a venue that is not chosen by me. Do note, entering into a property/possession without

permission amounts to the offence of house-trespass under section 448 of Indian Penal Code

1860.

In case the need for a physical meeting arises, the preferred location would be -

( Novelty Mall - Dalhousie Road, Mamun, Pathankot, Punjab 145001, India )

Also, in case a meeting is required, I would require the person representing the bank to come

for the meeting with due identification and a copy of the authorisation letter from you. In the

absence of necessary documentation, neither I nor my representatives will engage with the

relevant personnel.

I reiterate that I am seeking a speedy settlement given his financial predicament. I do hope

this matter can be resolved swiftly.
